Why take flight?

So you don’t want to fly to meetings because it costs too much money and too much time. And then there’s the airline sandwiches and stress all for a meeting that doesn’t last as long the security line.

But when you try other virtual meeting tools you realise they don’t solve the problem…. And you have to consider flying again.

The trouble with virtual presentation tools is:

• They are linear – one person presents while everyone else sits back
• You don’t see what pages everyone else is looking at
• Videos are scratchy
• You can’t see multiple webcams streams of other participants to either gauge their reaction or simply to make the “connection”

We created a tool called tabletop as part of our Buzz product and it simply tries to replicate the natural human experience of sitting at a round table with a bunch of colleagues and going through a meeting.

It’s such a great way to meet and exchange ideas we think you really will question whether you need to get back on that plane next time.
