Kimberly-Clark to enhance Integrated Marketing Planning with the help of Screendragon technology

To support a new way of working with its marketing partners, Kimberly-Clark Corporation has selected Screendragon’s Unity solution to help enhance its Integrated Marketing Planning (IMP) process. The Screendragon-built system combines a full suite of technology products to enhance workflow process among K-C and its agency partners.

The complex task of managing different work processes and different deliverables from K-C agency partners will now be simplified and streamlined, and managed through a single secure online platform providing state-of-the-art marketing technology.

This IMP platform will unite K-C with all its partners, providing them with the knowledge and tools to deliver successful integrated marketing programs. The inefficiencies of multiple project management and file sharing systems will be replaced with a system that channels plans and assets through one system that enables all partners to collaborate closely together on the delivery of an IMP program. The new level of transparency created will help K-C and its agency partners drive further efficiency gains in collaboration.

To realize this change in behavior and mindset, Kimberly-Clark required a partner who could understand the complexities of the business and translate these into a simple singular solution.
