Leo Burnett selects Screendragon Buzz for virtual collaboration and online meetings for its global P&G leadership team

A team as efficient and focused as the leadership running Leo Burnett’s global business with P&G required a powerful tool to drive further efficiencies and still generate outperforming results.

Naturally one of biggest challenges that global organizations face is replacing air travel with virtual meetings. Having reviewed other solutions such as WebEx and GoToMeeting Leo Burnett chose to use Screendragon Tabletop.

Sd_Tabletop is one of the unique collaboration functions within Screendragon Buzz.

It enables all users to treat the screen as a tabletop and throw down their presentations, pictures, documents and other assets into a shared visible space which can be arranged as needed for the meeting.

All members of the meeting have equal access to controls and documents so there is a more natural interplay of discussion and debate than the linear and sequential approach of other tools allows.

But it is the level of engagement and visual clarity that makes the biggest difference. Users can see each other’s web cam streams while viewing all documents live on the table top.
