PRESS RELEASE

Screendragon creates virtual hothouse environment for Saatchi & Saatchi Youth Connection:

Collaboration for humans… of the small kind

New York [12.MAY.09]

Nisha Gupta, Strategic Storyteller, at Saatchi & Saatchi needed an environment to conduct qualitative research at its kids marketing unit - Saatchi Youth Connection.

The tool needed to be simple, engaging, flexible, scalable, unbreakable, fast – enable personalisation and two way asynchronous information flow. In other words sometimes people would share information at the same time… other times information gathering would happen at the behest of the end user operating alone.

Perhaps most important was that Screendragon’s Buzz tool would allow the Youth Connection team to facilitate a “virtual” presentation of stimulus and conduct one-on-one or mini-group interviews.

Additionally respondents had to be empowered to access stimulus in their own time and answer a prepared survey.

Screendragon is delighted that Saatchi & Saatchihas selected Screendragon’s Buzz solution to build this virtual “hot house” for its co-creation process.

One of the main attractions for Saatchi Youth Connection is Screendragon Tabletop which enables Saatchi to host virtual meetings with its youth audience to drive high engagement – all of which will more efficiently generate feedback and insight.
