Screendragon is passionate about providing top quality support. To us support is much more than a ticket number, it’s about ensuring that you can achieve business success with ease. That’s why we ensure that we have full control over the quality of our support services. We do not outsource support. All our support staff are highly trained IT professionals who work solely on supporting Screendragon customers.
The support staff are fully trained on all our products and work closely with the development and testing teams to ensure that support issues & customer feedback are channeled to the right people quickly. We are experienced in providing support to some of the largest enterprises in the world with users distributed across global markets.
For customers who undertake medium to large projects with us we assign a dedicated project professional to assist you throughout the project process and after. This person will provide you with support and advice on getting the most value out of Screendragon products based on your business needs.

At present support services are provided out of one location in Cork, Ireland (also Screendragon’s technology development center)
We provide full support for all our products. Support hours are 9am to 6pm GMT timezone(UK) Mon to Fri exclusive public holidays (click here to view these)
