The Content Templates tool gives system administrators the ability to create an article template that will be presented to the user.
The Content Template list is a list of current templates. Archived templates are listed in the Archive tab.
The Content Template canvas is where the administrator builds the template that will be presented to the user:
If the 'Allow Block Update/Edit' switch is set to ON, users can edit a block
If the 'Allow Block Add' switch is set to ON, users can add blocks.
When the end user creates a new article, they are presented with a list of templates to choose from:
