The User Import function enables an excel file to be downloaded and then uploaded with first name, surname, email and username completed. This content is then automatically added to respective columns in the DB.
The tool accessibility should be restricted to superadmin users only.

The Administrator is provided with a template of required values which when uploaded will automatically update the DB:
Note: It is possible to import information into any field in the user profile form e.g. phone number, location etc.
The Export Existing User List function allows the system administrator to export the full user list from the User Manager. The excel replicates the user import excel but also includes any profile meta fields. When imported, any updated rows change the user's profile and any new rows create a new user.
