Option Example

Create

1. Select ‘Create New’ from the bottom right corner

2. Complete Workflow name ‘Option Example’
3. Complete Workflow Description ‘Option Example’
4. Drag and Drop two steps to the screen
5. Double click each step and complete label ‘Step One’ and ‘Step Two’
6. Complete Status Text 'Awaiting Confirmation'
7. Drag the dot from start to ‘Step One’

8. Complete Label with ‘Option One’, Type with ‘Option’ and Next Step with 'Step One'.
9. Click 'Save'
10. Drag the dot from start to ‘Step Two’

11. Complete Label with ‘Option Two’, Type with ‘Option’ and Next Step with Step Two.
12. Click 'Save'

13. Drag the dot from ‘Step One’ to ‘End’

14. Complete Label with ‘Confirm’, Type with ‘Option’ and Next Step with 'End'.
15. Click 'Save'
16. Drag the dot from ‘Step Two’ to ‘End’

17. Complete Label with ‘Confirm’, Type with ‘Option’ and Next Step with End.
18. Save

19. Save & Publish


Use

1. Select a Project

2. Select the Tasks module
3. Select Create New, New Workflow
4. Select ‘Option Example’
5. Add Admin to all Steps, Start / Step One / Step Two
6. Click 'Save'

7. Select the ‘Option Example’ workflow
8. Select either Option One or Option Two
9. Complete the comment
10. Submit

11. Select the ‘Option Example’ workflow again, note the Option you chose, the comment and the ‘Awaiting Confirmation’ as well as the activity timeline.
12. Select the ‘Confirm’ action
13. Complete the comment
14. Submit

15. Select the ‘Option Example’ workflow, note again the action taken and the comment.
