Settings
Click on the Settings tab to update the workflow settings:
• Document Workflow - set this to 'ON' if this workflow will be used as a workflow option when a user is filling in a form. Note - this workflow will need to be added to the relevant form in the Form Builder
• Update Form - Update this form automatically when updated in the workflow
• Skip Workflow request dialog when workflow initiated from a form or document - this simplifies submitting a workflow when picking assigned users or due dates is not required
• Workflow Request Title Label - Label to use for the workflow name input field
• Workflow Save Button Label (on create)
• Workflow Save Button Label (on edit)
• Show Start Date - toggles the start date input field on or off in the workflow details dialog
• Show Priority - toggles the priority input field on or off in the workflow details dialog
• Show comment - toggles the comment input field on or off in the workflow details dialog
• Apply this workflow to a specific site location - When specified, the workflow is only avail at this location
• These triggers are executed if a user deletes the workflow - This allows the user to run a trigger when a user deletes the workflow.
• Enable Bulk - allows a number of files to be sent on a workflow at one time. Note: each file is sent on its own workflow and it is only the initiation that is performed in bulk.
• Enforce weekends - enforce weekends when applying workflow dates. This can apply when setting due date for steps based off lead time at a workflow level and also at a step level (in case multiple rules are needed within a single workflow). This also applies when calculating scheduled action/email dates from due dates
