Create a Folder

Users can create folders and subfolders by clicking into a folder and repeating the steps below. To do this, click menu, and select 'Create Folder'.

Complete the folder details by adding:

  1. Name – This is mandatory
  2. Description – A brief description of the folder. This is optional.
  3. Purge & Folder Delete - Define rules governing automatic deletion of files/folders after a specified period or time.
  4. Permissions – Either inherit from the root workbox permissions (or the parent folder) or specify users with view, edit, admin folder access rights. This is optional.
  5. Click 'Save' and your folder will be available in your workbox .


Permission levels of a folder will automatically mirror that of the Workbox. They can be amended at any time.
