Create a Folder

Users can create folders and subfolders by clicking into a folder and repeating the steps below. To do this, click menu, and select 'Create Folder'.



Complete the folder details by adding:

  1. Name – This is mandatory
  2. Description – A brief description of the folder. This is optional.
  3. Permissions – Either inherit from the root workbox permissions (or the parent folder) or specify users with view, edit, admin folder access rights. This is optional.
  4. Purge & Folder Delete - Define rules governing automatic deletion of files/folders after a specified period or time.
  5. Click 'Save' and your folder will be available in your workbox .


Permission levels of a folder will automatically mirror that of the Workbox. They can be amended at any time.
