Create a Workbox

All system users are free to create their own workboxes.

To create a workbox go to the 'Files' tab in the top navigation and 'Create A New Workbox' in the bottom RHS.

 

1. Complete required Workbox information (name and description)
2. Define rules governing automatic deletion of files/folders after a specified period or time. This is to ensure that data added to the file storage area is not left there for long periods of time
3. Assign users view, edit and admin access rights
• 'View' users can view the workbox and its contents
• 'Edit view' users can view and edit the contents of the workbox
• 'Admin users' can view and edit the contents of the workbox and the workbox itself
4. Click 'Save'


 

View a Workbox

Click the workbox name to view the work box and its contents
