Report Types

Report Types

There are 6 different report types.

  1. Document

All documents in the system can be reported on. The following options are available.​

  • Select Sub Category(s)
    • Article Form - If selected, article meta data field options will appear under Report Columns under a sub heading of Meta Data.
    • Asset Meta-Data - If selected, more meta data field options will appear under Report Columns under a sub heading of Meta Data
  • Site Section Here you can select what section of the site you want to report from. 'All' can be selected to report on all documents in the system.
  • Report Columns
    • You can select what report headings you require. There are standard fields and form fields.
    • Here are the standard fields.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Associated Data
    • Document information can be associated with user profile information

 

  1. Form

The following options are available.​

  • Select Sub Category(s)
    • You can select what forms you want to report on here.
  • Report Columns
    • You can select what report headings you require. There are standard fields and form fields. The form fields are dynamic, depending on what was entered.
    • Here are the standard fields.

 

 

 

  • Associated Data
    • Form information can be associated with user profile information
  1. Project

The following options are available.​

  • Select Sub Category(s)
    • You can select what project forms you want to report on.
  • Report Columns
    • You can select what report headings you require. There are standard fields, project milestones/ stage gates and project form fields. The milestone/ stage gates and project form fields are dynamic depending on what was entered.

  • Associated Data
    • Project information can be associated with its document, form, task, sub projects and workflow information.

 

  1. Task

The following options are available.​

  • Select Sub Category(s)
    • You can select what task form(s) you want to report on.
  • Report Columns
    • You can select what report headings you require. There are standard fields and task form fields. The task form fields are dynamic depending on what was entered in the task form.
    • Here are the standard fields.

 

 

 

  • Associated Data
    • Project information can be associated with user profile information.

 

  1. User

The following options are available.​

  • Select Sub Category(s)
    • You can select the User Profile form(s).
  • Report Columns
    • You can select what report headings you require. There are standard fields and the fields from the User Profile form.
    • Here are the standard fields.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Associated Data
    • There are no associated data options for a user report. But as listed in the other sections, this data can be associated by using the other report types first.

 

  1. Workflow

The following options are available.​

  • Select Sub Category(s)
    • You can select the workflows you want to report on.
  • Report Columns
    • You can select what report headings you require. There are standard fields. There are also fields from the workflow steps and form meta-data depending on the workflow.

  • Associated Data
    • Workflow information can be associated with user profile information.
