Salim Holder is the CEO and Co-Founder of 4th Avenue – “a social enterprise with a store”.

When Salim took over 4th Avenue in 2018 his company became the largest black-owned hair and beauty online store.

Salim describes how 4th Avenue is addressing an imbalance in minority ownership, providing accessibility to products that are key to identity, and creating economic opportunity for disadvantaged communities.
